今年は、手編みのニットが登場です！一枚一枚、糸からかたちにした特別なニット。
子供の頃からアランニットが大好きで、昔、自分用に一枚編んだこともあります。その時は必死に完成させたのに、最終的には気に入らず、解いて糸に戻してしまいました（笑）。
手編みは、気をつけないと編む人によって手の強弱が出てしまうもの。私はついゆるく編んでしまい、かなり編んでからそれに気づいて解くのが嫌で、「とにかく完成を目指す！」ことだけに集中しました。結局気に入っていないので、ほんの数回しか着ませんでした・・・
手編みは糸に戻して何度でも編み直せるのが魅力。でも、同じものを編み直すのはもうこりごりでした（笑）。
今回は、そんな思い出もふまえて、プロフェッショナルな方にお願いしていますので、ご安心ください！
柄は、アイルランドのアラン諸島に伝わる伝統的なケーブル編みをベースに、リボンのモチーフを組み合わせました。ケーブル模様は、漁師のロープを表し、強さや安全を願うシンボルなのだそうです。
得意なeriutsugiの丸いシルエットに、金ボタンのアクセント。Tシャツの上にも、パーカーやコートの上からでも羽織れます。
手編みでウール100%、通気性も温もりも「守られ感」もたっぷりの、特別な一枚です♡

ツイストロープクルー
Twisted Rope Crew
「禍福は糾える縄の如し」という言葉からインスピレーションを受けてデザインした「ツイストロープ柄」を、今回は単色で表現し、スウェット素材の製品に一枚一枚プリントしました。
幸不幸は変転していくから、一時のそれに一喜一憂してもしょうがない。ならば縄を思い切ってリボン結びし、豊かに素敵に過ごそう！という柄です。
ベースの裏毛素材は、もってけドロボーパーカーやe-patchスウェットにも使っている、洗えば洗うほど味わいが出てくるオリジナルの素材。今回はその生地を使って、襟ぐり・袖口・裾に丁寧に編んだリブを付けた、軽やかなクルーネックのトップスに仕上げました。
製品の裾までプリントしているので、実は工場泣かせの大変な工程。でも、ニュアンスのある一枚にしたくて、このかたちに。
カラーは2色展開。ホワイトベースにエバーグリーンのプリントは、グリーン色なので爽やかだけど少し個性的。
ブラックベースにゴールデンのプリントは一見個性的に見えますが、派手すぎず、ベージュ系のボトムと合わせるとシックで印象的に。リブ部分のカラーをあえてグレーにすることで、全体に品のあるムードを加えています。

リラックス感ときちんと感を両立したドレスパンツです。
フロントにはおなじみのポケット。ドレス素材ながら、ウエストはゴム＆スピンドル仕様で、調整も楽ちん。
ひざ裏には、スラックスのような裏地をプラス。インナーを合わせてもまとわりつかず、すっきり快適なはき心地です。
落ち感のあるゆったりシルエットで、見た目はすっきり。
カラーは、限りなく黒に近い濃紺。ワンサイズ展開です。
ロールアップで足元に抜け感を出したり、ソックスの中にパンツの裾を入れたり。スタイリングで表情を変えられるのも魅力。

今回は王道のインディゴに加えて爽やかなライトブルーも作りました。
サイズは01サイズとFサイズの2サイズ。
軽くてやわらかい素材感なので、大きめサイズでもすっきり馴染みます。
01サイズは丈がやや短めで小柄な方に人気。
Fサイズは標準的な男性にぴったりのサイズ感です。
Fサイズをサスペンダーと合わせて遊んだり、01サイズをサンダルで軽やかに。

Twist Rope Ribbon High Socks
インスタでちらっとお見せした時に、問い合わせが多かった、このハイソックス。
ツイストロープの柄をジャガードで編み込んでいます。
今回は少し薄手でスポーツソックスタイプではなく、普通のソックスの厚さのハイソックスです。
色は、ピンクとカーキの2色。サイズは01 サイズのレーディースサイズだけです。
裾口は配色リブなので、パンツの裾をソックスにインしてパンツをふわっとさせてはいたり、
スカートやワンピースの時にタイツのように履いたり、スタイリングがグンと上がります♡

Twisted Rope Vest
This year, we’re introducing a special hand-knit piece. Each one is carefully crafted from yarn, made entirely by hand.
I’ve loved Aran knits since I was a child. I even once made one for myself. I remember working so hard to finish it, only to end up undoing the whole thing and winding the yarn back into a ball. I just wasn’t satisfied with it, I guess. (laughs)
With hand knitting, the tension can vary depending on the person, and if you’re not careful, it ends up too loose. I hated realizing that after knitting so much and then having to start over, so I focused only on finishing it. In the end, though, I didn’t really love how it turned out and only wore it a few times…
One of the charms of hand knitting is that you can unravel the yarn and redo it as many times as you like. But after that experience, I didn’t want to make the same piece again. (laughs)
So this time, I asked a professional hand knitter to make it. You can rest assured! (laughs)
The design is based on traditional cable knitting from the Aran Islands in Ireland, with a ribbon motif woven in. The cable pattern symbolizes fishermen’s ropes and is said to represent strength and protection.
It features eriutsugi’s signature rounded silhouette, accented with gold buttons. You can layer it over a T-shirt, a hoodie, or even a coat.
Made of 100% wool and entirely hand-knit, it offers warmth, breathability, and a comforting sense of being wrapped in something truly special.

Twisted Rope Crew
Inspired by the Japanese saying “Fortune and misfortune are intertwined like a rope,” we created the Twist Rope pattern in a single-color design and printed it by hand, one by one, onto sweat fabric pieces.
Since happiness and hardship come and go, there’s no need to get too caught up in either. So we decided to tie the rope into a ribbon — a symbol of choosing to live with richness and joy. That’s the message behind this design.
The base fabric is our original loopback fleece, the same used for our Motteke Droboo! Parka and e-patch sweat top. It becomes softer and more characterful with every wash. For this top, we added carefully knitted ribbing at the neckline, cuffs, and hem to create a lightweight crewneck silhouette.
Printing all the way down to the hem makes this a challenging piece to produce — it’s not easy on the factory. But we wanted to bring out a certain nuance in the print, so we made it this way.
There are two colorways.
White with evergreen print has a refreshing look with just a touch of uniqueness.
Black with golden print feels bold at first glance, but not too flashy. Paired with beige bottoms, it becomes chic and distinctive. We used gray ribbing to add a subtle, refined finish to the overall look.

These high socks received a lot of attention when we gave a little sneak peek on Instagram.
The twist rope pattern is carefully woven in a jacquard knit.
This time, they’re made in a slightly lighter weight—not the sporty type, but a standard-thickness high sock that’s easy to wear.
Available in two colors: pink and khaki. Only in size 01, which fits a standard women’s size.
