This year, I turn sixty — my Kanreki, the traditional milestone year of the Fire Horse. To mark this moment and with deep gratitude for everything that has brought me here, I painted this piece by hand as a small celebration for myself. A hand-painted graphic pattern made by arranging the number 60. Thinking back, about twenty years ago I printed the number “40” on bags and gave them as gifts. This time, I reimagined that graphic in pastel colors and hand-painted it in a playful way. Layered spray-painted dots create a soft and pop-inspired design. This piece was painted with joyful and playful feelings in mind. This special sweatshirt was born to celebrate my sixtieth year. 今年、丙午に還暦を迎えます。

その節目に、これまでの感謝の気持ちを込めて、
